Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Cancel the Sequester Act of 2013''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF 251A SEQUESTRATION. Section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 is repealed. <all>
