Abraham Lincoln Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $1 silver coins emblematic of the life and legacy of President Abraham Lincoln in commemoration of the bicentennial of his birth.
Permits issuance of such coins only during the one-year period beginning on January 1, 2009.
States that only one facility of the U.S. Mint may be used to strike any particular quality of the coins.
Subjects coin sales to a surcharge of $10 per coin.
Requires all surcharges received from the sale of such coins to be promptly paid by the Secretary to the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.
