Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Preservation of Orphan Works Act''. SEC. 2. REPRODUCTION OF COPYRIGHTED WORKS BY LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES. Section 108(i) of title 17, United States Code, is amended by striking ``(b) and (c)'' and inserting ``(b), (c), and (h)''. <all>
