Accuracy in Pharmaceutical Advertisements Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to impose civil penalties for misbranding prescription drugs through a direct-to-consumer advertisement should the person fail to correct or cease such advertisement after receiving written notice from the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
