Older Americans' Freedom to Work Act of 1993 (sic)- Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to remove the limitation on the amount of outside income (earnings test) which beneficiaries who have attained retirement age may earn without incurring a reduction in benefits.
Continues application of such earnings test to blind beneficiaries.
